Returns & Exchanges
At Inverted Bodyboarding, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next session. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and fins must have the original protective liners intact.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your gear to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box and ship it using a tracked service.
Process and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the transaction is complete.
